1. To open the Lodge.

2. To submit for confirmation the minutes of the 339th regular meeting held on 3rd October 2025.

3. To Read letters and communications.

4. To pass Bro Patel (initiated 4th October 2024) and / or Bro. Carrol (initiated 6th December 2024) and / or Bro. Badley (initiated 7th March 2025) to the second degree.

5. To present a Grand Lodge certificate to Bros. Poynter and Poynter.

6. To propose for initiation Mr William Glazebrook, proposed by Bro. Arguelles and seconded by W. Bro. Stygle.

7. To receive a notice of motion from the treasurer if there is any brother to be proposed for exclusion at the next regular meeting for non payment of dues , according to Bylaw 6 and BOC rule 181.

8. To Close the Lodge.
