  3. To Confirm the Minutes of the 618th Regular Meeting held on 1st October 2025
  4. To Receive Apologies and Correspondence
  5. To Greet our Visitors
  6. To Appoint and Invest the Officers of the Lodge, not present on Installation.
  7. To ballot as a Candidate and, if in favour, to initiate Mr K J W, Proposed in open Lodge on 1st October, 2025 by W.Bro Lalpoor and seconded by W Bro Hammond

8. To ballot as a Candidate and, if in favour, to initiate Mr S M W, Proposed in open Lodge on 1st October, 2025 by W.Bro Lalpoor and seconded by W Bro Hammond

9. The ceremony of initiation will be conducted by W Bro Hall. The Charge After Initiation will be delivered by W Bro Rhodes
